The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with beautiful artwork and a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior people like me to navigate easily. The accessibility for senior guests was remarkable, with comfortable seating areas and handrails in the hallways. I truly felt at ease and accommodated throughout my stay.
I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there had been more assistance available from the staff. As lovely as the children working there were, it would have been helpful to have more support and guidance specifically catered to the needs of senior guests.

My recent stay at Clan Ross - 3 Bed, Spacious Georgian Home was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect for the festival I was attending and the house itself was spacious and comfortable. The old-fashioned architecture added a unique charm to the apartment, with big rooms and plenty of quirky nooks to explore. The views from the windows were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop to my stay. The bedrooms were large and the bed I slept in was amazingly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the dining room provided a lovely space for enjoying meals. The sitting room was massive and the games area upstairs was a hit with the youngsters in our group.
While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The screeching of the floorboards added a spooky touch for Halloween, but it could be a bit bothersome in other seasons.

Alles was perfect!

The decoration in this lovely Georgian home was just delightful, with beautiful traditional touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior people to move around comfortably. The location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently accessible to Stirling Castle and other attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be more attentive to our needs. Sometimes it felt like the children of the staff were not as responsive as we would have liked, especially when it came to addressing any issues or concerns we had.

The Clan Ross - 3 Bed, Spacious Georgian Home in Stirling is so cozy and homey! The two bathrooms with showers are a major plus, especially for a group of friends like us who love getting ready together. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and having a washing machine meant we didn't have to stress about laundry during our stay.
Personally, not a big fan of the washing machine being in the bathroom, but hey, that's just me!

The efforts of the Highland Gateway Apartments-Team were exceptional. They were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The communication with them was smooth and they quickly addressed any requests or concerns. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The rooms were even more spacious and beautiful than depicted in the pictures. The highlight was the upstairs area with a billiard and TV room, as well as a dining room with stunning views. The location was ideal for exploring Scotland, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
One potential inconvenience was having to constantly check the parking ticket validity. This wasn't a reflection on the property itself, but rather the location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this spacious Georgian home in Stirling! The thoughtful touches like snacks, quality appliances, and plenty of activities for children made our stay even more enjoyable. We were thrilled to be able to see the Hogmanay firework display over The National Wallace Monument from inside the house. The old fashioned architecture and layout added a charm to the apartment, with big rooms and quirky nooks and crannies. The games area upstairs was a hit with the youngsters. The efforts of the Highland Gateway Apartments team to make our stay pleasant were exceptional. The communication before our stay was seamless, and they were quick to address our requests and wishes. We were impressed by the offer to have the flat cleaned and exchange towels and bed linen. The flat itself had everything we needed, including an ironing board, washing machine, hoover, and cleaning products. The rooms exceeded our expectations, and the highlight was the upstairs billiard and TV room, as well as the dining room with a stunning view of Stirling and the Scottish countryside. The town of Stirling is perfect for relaxation and exploring, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, all in a relaxed atmosphere. The location of the apartment allowed easy travel around Scotland using Scotrail, and we enjoyed wonderful train journeys to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, and Aberdeen. In summary, the location, accommodation, and rental company were all perfect. We also discovered that the small agency, Highland Gateway Apartments, is delighted if you book directly with them. We would definitely return and book directly there next time.
We felt super comfortable during our stay and had no complaints.

We recently stayed at a spacious Georgian home in a wonderful location. The property was beautifully decorated with a mix of Scottish and cosmopolitan styles, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The neighborhood was quiet and picturesque. We especially loved the no shoes policy, ensuring a clean and healthy environment. The thoughtful touches like providing snacks and activities for children made our stay even more enjoyable.
We did have one issue during our stay. A downstairs neighbor became aggressive and confrontational when she asked us to keep quiet, even though we were simply having a conversation and watching TV.
